Sarah offers Swedish massage, this is the most common type of massage. Swedish massage is the manual manipulation of the body, muscles, connective tissue, joints and ligaments using skin to skin contact with oil or lotion to protect the skin. Massage therapy helps to alleviate the soft tissue discomfort associated with everyday stress, inflammation, chronic pain, many conditions, and muscle over use.

Sarah offers both prenatal and postnatal massage. Massage therapy can be helpful throughout all stages of pregnancy and early motherhood. Adaptations are made to make massage safe and comfortable for you and your baby. Sarah transitions to treating prenatal clients on their side when they are no longer comfortable laying on their stomach. If you are coming in for a postnatal massage and baby needs to accompany you to your appointment they are more then welcome.
