Sarah graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Centennial College in Scarborough in 2016. During her time in the program, she gained valuable experience through various clinical placements, including the Low Back Pain Strategy clinic, inpatient and outpatient oncology at Scarborough Hospital, palliative and complex care at Michael Garron Hospital, and providing and teaching infant massage to caregivers.
Sarah is dedicated to offering her clients treatments that promote both healing and relaxation, with the aim of enhancing overall mental and physical well-being. With experience working in both clinical and spa settings throughout her career, she recognizes the significance of both aspects in achieving optimal wellness. Her primary objective is to assist clients in living more comfortably by harnessing the healing benefits of Massage Therapy. Sarah constantly seeks to strike the perfect therapeutic pressure with each individual, ensuring that her treatments are safe, effective, and tailored to meet their unique needs.
In 2020, Sarah relocated from Toronto to Hamilton. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their cats. Sarah pursued studies in Fine Art prior to embarking on her path in Massage Therapy and continues to indulge her creativity during her leisure time. It was this artistic background that initially sparked her passion for anatomy and meticulous work, a passion that she fully embraced throughout her education in Massage Therapy.
